Dog Walking (20 minutes) - $20
A quick, structured walk to keep your pup happy and healthy. Each visit includes a neighborhood stroll, fresh water, and a photo or text update for peace of mind. Perfect for busy days or quick potty breaks.
Pet Sitting (15 minutes) - $20
A quick drop-in visit for feeding, fresh water, or a potty break. Ideal for pets who just need a short check-in while you’re away.
Pet Sitting (30 minutes) - $30
A longer visit with extra time for play, cuddles, and care. Perfect for pets who enjoy company or need a little more attention during the day.
Overnight Pet Sitting (12 h) - $100
Keep your pets comfortable and cared for in their own home while you’re away. Each overnight stay includes evening and morning walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, and plenty of love. Perfect for pets who feel safest sticking to their normal routine.
Ongoing Weekday Walking Deal (Mon-Fri) - $90
Book Monday–Friday ongoing walks and receive 10% off your weekly total! Perfect for busy owners who want consistent care and happy pups. All walks are 20 minutes.

All services must be booked in advance through our contact form or email confirmation.
Payment is due at the end of each service week for dog walks and upfront for pet sits and overnights unless otherwise arranged.
We currently accept cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.

A Meet & Greet is required for all new clients before the first service to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety.
If you request a new service with a different walker or sitter, an additional Meet & Greet is required to properly introduce your pet and review care instructions.
Each Meet & Greet has a $15 fee, which helps us dedicate time to getting to know you and your pet personally.
This step helps us build trust, understand your pet’s routine, and provide the best possible care.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full-service charge. Please contact your walker and our email to cancel.
Holiday bookings require 48-hour notice for cancellations.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to their home or building.
A $15 key pick-up/drop-off fee applies if we need to collect or return keys outside of scheduled visits.
Smart lock codes or lockboxes are encouraged for convenience and safety.

In case of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
If you cannot be reached, we will seek veterinary care at the nearest available clinic and act in your pet’s best interest.

We respect your right to home security. However, clients are required to inform Pawsitive Strides of any cameras or recording devices inside or outside the home where services will take place.
Cameras must not be placed in private areas such as bathrooms or bedrooms used for overnight stays.
This ensures transparency, comfort, and mutual trust between clients and our walkers or sitters.

Please let us know where walkers or sitters are permitted to park during visits to avoid tickets, towing, or neighborhood restrictions.
If parking is limited, clients should provide clear instructions or a temporary visitor pass when necessary.
Any parking fees or fines incurred due to unclear instructions may be added to the client’s invoice.

Walks may be shortened or adjusted during extreme heat, cold, thunderstorms, or icy conditions.
Your pet’s safety always comes first — we’ll ensure they get a quick potty break and indoor playtime if outdoor walks are unsafe.

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses or parasites.
Please inform us of any behavioral issues, medications, or special needs prior to service.
For everyone’s safety, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if an animal shows signs of aggression or unsafe behavior.

Based on your preferences (discussed in the meet and greet) after each visit, we can send a text or photo update so you know your pet is happy, safe, and cared for.

Once your service is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure invoice via Squarespace Payments. You can pay online using a debit or credit card. All invoices must be paid before or on the day your scheduled service begins. You may also leave a check with your sitter or walker if that works better for you.

No we do not. We believe that each pet deserves individual care.
